In his 35 years of development work, Dobin has worked with host country governments, private sector and non-government organizations on rule of law, competitiveness, trade facilitation, skills up gradation and financial inclusion Programs. He has held leadership positions on and overseen several large multidisciplinary projects in over 20 countries for multi Bi-laterals, including the World Bank; Department for International Development (DfID) and the United States Agency for International Development.
